Capabilities

From cloud foundations to the products people use every day.

We take responsibility for the hard parts: architecture, security, delivery, and the handover that lets your own team own what we build.

  • Cloud architecture & migration

Landing zones, AWS and Azure architectures, infrastructure as code with Terraform, cost and resilience reviews.

    AWS, Azure, Terraform, Kubernetes

  • Product engineering

Web, mobile and multiplatform products, from the first prototype to the version thousands of people rely on.

Kotlin Multiplatform, TypeScript, Java & Spring

  • Digital public infrastructure

Digital identity, registries and interoperability between public systems. Secure by design, built for real-world bandwidth.

    Identity, Interoperability, Registries

  • Payments & financial systems

Payment flows, ledgers and reconciliation that stand up to auditors and regulators.

    Stripe, Card networks, PostgreSQL

  • Platform engineering

Continuous delivery, containers, observability and release processes that make shipping routine rather than risky.

CI/CD, GitHub & GitLab, Argo CD

  • Applied AI

Retrieval-augmented assistants grounded in your own documents, with the guardrails institutions require.

    RAG, LLM integration, Evaluation

Architecture reviews & technical due diligence

An independent, written assessment of a system, a vendor or a proposal, before you commit budget.

How we work

Clear scope. Senior people. No lock-in.

  • 1–2 weeks

    Discovery & architecture

Fixed scope, fixed price. You leave with a target architecture, a costed roadmap and the risks named up front.

  • 2+ months

    Delivery

We design, build and ship in short iterations, with your team involved and production in sight from the first week.

  • One-off or retainer

    Advisory & review

Architecture reviews, technical due diligence, cloud cost and security assessments. Independent, and in writing.

From the first call to the handover

  1. 1

    Listen

Stakeholders, constraints, users, regulation. We write it down and read it back to you.

  2. 2

    Design

Architecture, security model and plan, reviewed with you before code is written.

  3. 3

    Build

Iterative delivery, automated tests and pipelines, and demonstrations you can hold us to.

  4. 4

    Hand over

Documentation, runbooks and training. You own the code, the cloud and the keys.

Principles

Low bandwidth, many languages, mixed devices. Africa first, not as an afterthought.

  1. Built to be handed over

Everything we deliver is documented, reproducible and yours.

  2. Conservative where it matters

Proven technology at the core. Novelty only where it earns its place.

  3. Secure by default

Least privilege, infrastructure as code and audit trails from the first commit.

  4. Designed for real conditions

Systems that work on the networks and devices people actually have.

Working with institutions

Ready for institutional procurement.

We work the way public bodies and international organisations need to buy: formally, in writing, and in your language.

Registration
Company registered in Senegal, with tax identification (NINEA)
Proposals
Formal technical and financial proposals, in English or French
Confidentiality
Non-disclosure and data-protection agreements
Vendor status
Vendor registration and framework agreements
Invoicing
In USD, EUR or XOF

Tell us about the system you need to build.

A short call is usually enough to know whether we are the right firm. If we are not, we will say so, and point you to someone who is.

Excellence is how we thank you for your trust. Care is how we keep it.
